Industry X-Net - EHDS Recommendation Group taskforce

1. Vision and Mission

Vision: To ensure the EHDS works smoothly in real-world healthcare by bringing together industry experts to provide practical input and solutions.

Mission: The Industry X-Net – EHDS Recommendation Group is a network of vendors working together to give input on the EHDS, help shape its implementation, and make sure the regulation is practical and workable. By sharing expertise and real-world experience, we aim to support a smooth and effective rollout of EHDS across Europe, offering the support to help the EHDS to deliver as well as industry experience.

Target audience: European Commission, Xt-EHR, Specification working groups, National Health Agencies architects, Industry leaders, Chairs of the MyHealth@EU, SubGroup on Technical Interoperability

2. Purpose and Scope

The Industry X-Net aims to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and project alignment among industry stakeholders involved in the XpanDH project. It serves as a platform to exchange insights, align strategies, and contribute to the advancement of digital health interoperability across Europe.

To enhance its impact and ensure alignment with broader interoperability initiatives, the Industry X-Net will operate under the umbrella of IHE Europe Taskforces. This affiliation will provide strategic oversight, facilitate access to IHE Europe resources, and strengthen connections with the wider digital health community.

3. Participation

Participation in the Industry X-Net is open to industry stakeholders actively involved in digital health, interoperability, and related fields. Interested parties can join by expressing their interest sending an email to sofia.franconi@ihe-europe.net
